A rigorous preventative maintenance program coupled with efficient and organized operations are the common thread to all profitable wind projects. EMS provides O&M services to projects throughout the United States.
We understand the importance of consistency and accuracy when collecting information on all project activities as well as providing on-time maintenance, repair, service, inspection, and comprehensive parts inventories required to support the successful operation of any wind facility.
By using a web-based service reporting system we are able to increase productivity through improved utilization of resources and provide accurate on demand service reporting.

• Work with manufacturers to install equipment updates both during and after the warranty period
• Assess system deficiencies and provide solutions through retrofit programs
• Provide control system component repair
• Create custom tooling and fixtures for in-field repairs of gearboxes and generators
• Install condition monitoring equipment
